Sorry I couldn't redraw my app for the new opening :'D
Warning: Lots of words ahead. Proceed with caution

N a m e : Elisha Ryan
N i c k n a m e : N/A…though you're free to give her one
P o s i t i o n : Guest
A g e : 21 (in 4th year of college)
H e i g h t / W e i g h t : 5' 7" / 123 lbs (feet/lbs)

S p e c i e s : Human. Your average human species, with a head, a body, and two arms and two legs. The stereotypical human gets up in the morning, eats breakfast, goes to work, eats lunch, keeps working, goes home, eats dinner, dilly-dallies for a while, goes to sleep, repeat.
B i r t h . D a t e: April 13 ♈
B l o o d . T y p e : AB +
R o o m . N u m b e r : B202 [roommate: Lillian Rose]
P e r s o n a l i t y : In general, she's pretty happy-go-lucky. Fairly optimistic, she will attempt to find a silver lining for every situation. Sometimes, however, she will fall into a pit of depression and won't respond to anything unless you physically shake her to get her attention. (She usually recovers fairly quickly from these, though it takes longer if she's drunk alcohol.) She tries to help others whenever possible (karma). She keeps an open mind, not wanting to become secluded in her own thoughts again and will gladly just listen to anything you might have to say. She will get used to all the non-human creatures on the train…eventually…

H i s t o r y :
Elisha was born into an upper-middle class family. Her parents were offspring of fairly wealthy households, and so they lived a comfortable life in Europe. When Elisha was in middle school, her father was offered a job in the US, and the three packed up their bags, bought a house in America, and moved on over. Elisha adapted fairly quickly, there being no significant language barrier, and quickly became friends with another transfer student, who went by the name Mark. Mark and Elisha spent a lot of time together, forming a very close bond as friends, and later as a couple. Everyone thought that they would have a fairytale happily-ever-after ending
The story came to an abrupt end, when Mark went missing halfway through their sophomore year of high school. His body was found a week later, a gun shot wound in his skull, the gun still in his hand. The case was closed as a suicide.
Elisha spent most of her sophomore year mourning Mark's death, continuously wondering if she had done something wrong, if she could have prevented his death. It was around this time that she started to break into her parent's stash of alcohol and drink, though never so much that she head a splitting headache the morning after. Her grades dropped significantly, and she just barely passed all her classes that year. Her parents and friends tried to get her to interact with society again, but she just wasn't ready and secluded herself in the house when she wasn't at school, sewing to keep her mind off of things. She kept sewing through most of junior year, fixing people's buttons and buying bolts of cloth to make her own clothes. The drama teacher caught wind of her sewing frenzy and utilized her skills by having Elisha make costumes for the drama department. Elisha became considerably happier around this time, spending more and more time with people instead of constantly swimming in her own thoughts. She also stopped drinking as much, though still had the occasional drink every now and then when she fell into her depressions. She made everything from historic dresses to tailored suits to modern day get-ups, often drawing her own designs. This eventually led to an acceptance letter from one of the top fashion schools, where she went to major in fashion design.
Although happy, Elisha still felt like there was something missing. She had an urge to go on an adventure, but she wanted to continue her studies. As she was going through her mail one day in her senior year of college, she found a ticket for a mysterious train. Unable to resist the strange pull of the ticket, she quit college--to the horror of her professors and potential employers--packed up her bags, and went to the train station as directed on the ticket. She then boarded the Nameless Train.
Let the adventure begin.
L i k e s :
◊ Making other people happy
◊ Finishing a project
◊ Sewing
◊ Shipping people as couples (she thinks that if she can't have her happy ending, then other people should have it for her)
◊ Fruity alcoholic drinks

Dislikes:
◊ Seeing people sad
◊ Talking about Mark
◊ Talking about herself more than basic introductory information
◊ Anything super sweet
◊ Being hit on

A d d i t i o n a l . F a c t s :
◊ She can sew really well. Need a button fix? Elisha's got you covered. Need a fancy outfit for tomorrow night's formal event? Don't worry, let her get your measurements and it'll be done by tomorrow morning. She sews fast.
◊ During her little fits of depression, she's liable to grabbing the nearest alcoholic drink and downing it, thus increasing the amount of time she stays sad/depressed.
◊ She'll shun away from romantic advances, becoming extremely polite and declining anything you suggest. She's still recovering from her first bout of heartbreak, and would rather not be victim of a second so "soon."
◊ She once sewed for 48 hours straight without resting because she lost track of time.

Elisha stretched, breaking out in a large yawn, as she tried to figure out why her room was so bright. She squinted, looking at her window, and noticed to her surprise that she had forgotten to close the curtains. She must have been really tired if she forgot to do that! She looked around, amazed she had even managed to stumble properly into bed. It appeared as if a tornado had swept through the room, her desk a mess of materials and pieces of cloth and string everywhere, reaching even the floor. The finished product hung smoothly from a stretch of string tied to opposing walls. She grinned, satisfied with how it had come out, then flopped into bed again and pulled the cover back over her head as she settled back in. She'd deliver the clothing to the customer later, after she got some more sleep.
